Guaranteed Issue Underwriting
Employees hired after August 31, 2023 aged 19-70 working 24 or more hours per week enroll with no health questions. Employees that previously enrolled below the Guaranteed Issue amount may purchase up to $25,000 in additional coverage with no health questions up to $100,000 total benefits. All others may enroll with health questions.
Coverage
Comprehensive coverage in your home, your community, assisted living facility or nursing home.
Portability
All plans are fully portable. If you are terminated, leave your job or move to another state, you can take your plan with you.
Tax Incentives
Tax-qualified, tax-free Federal benefits and State tax incentives (varies by State).
No Gender-Based Pricing
No gender-based pricing which means applicants do not pay higher premiums based on their gender.
