Self-Service Enrollment
To self-enroll, log in to the enrollment portal. You will have access to the Chubb portal through single sign-on on the landing page. You can request assistance from an ACSIA Partners enrollment specialist, and they can guide you through the process or help you select and enroll in a plan design that is appropriate for your needs and budget.

Guaranteed Issue Underwriting
Employees working 24 or more hours per week enroll for coverage up to $100,000 with no health questions. Employees that previously enrolled below the Guaranteed Issue amount may purchase up to $25,000 in additional coverage with no health questions up to $100,000 total benefits
Long-Term Care Benefits
You can access the insurance benefit to help offset the costs associated with long-term care services not covered by health insurance, disability, or Medicare. The benefit is available whether you need professional caregiving services or informal care.
Life Insurance Benefits
A valuable life insurance benefit for your loved ones. This coverage is portable without penalty even if you change jobs or retire. This could be an important supplement to current life insurance that may terminate in the future.
